Eligibility Criteria Conditions

1. Insured Stokvel and Stokvel Member

To enjoy this Benefit, you must meet all the requirements when you start and join a Stokvel on StokFella platform and when an Accident happens.

1.1. Stokvel

1.1.1. The stokvel is registered and compliant with the StokFella and pays a monthly subscription fee for the StokFella to administer their stokvel.

1.2. Stokvel Member

1.2.1. The Stokvel Member is the member of the Stokvel and has paid an agreed contribution. This includes all members of such a Stokvel as long as the member is 18 (eighteen) years or older and under 65 (sixty-five) years old.

2. Nominations and Termination of cover

2.1. Stokvel Member has an eligible valid user profile with StokFella on its platform.

2.2. Stokvel Member has paid a contribution to their Stokvel and the Stokvel is a fee payer registered with StokFella.

3. Territorial Limitations 

3.1. Stokvel Member must be a resident and physically present in the Republic of South Africa.
